Position Summary
Programs:
Test to Treat/Advancing Health Literacy
- educate members of the community about health and wellness issues and practices.
- provide literature, organize events, or communicate directly with community members to teach them about disease prevention or how to access medical care and barriers associated with SDoH.
- serve with departments within Aria, connect with community stakeholders, and other health outreach workers to develop a plan for outreach programs and campaigns.
Special Considerations
Personal vehicle required (Mileage reimbursed). Health screening/service required.
