Position Summary
About the Position:
The Medicated-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator NHC Member will serve to link persons entering Residential Drug Treatment services with addiction doctors. HealthRIGHT 360’s Integrated Care Center provides medical, dental, behavioral health services, addiction medicine and psychiatry. The NHC Member will serve to connect clients with these services so full-person care can be achieved.
The NHC Member will connect new and existing patients to Medicated Assisted Treatment providers. Member will follow care of MAT patients and assist with scheduling patient appointments, patient education and resolving medication issues. They will connect clients to primary care and dental services, and will also outreach to residential clients and liaison between clients and care teams.

Our supportive staff is experienced with the complex healthcare needs that can result from homelessness, poverty, and addiction. Our providers have specialized expertise in preventative health, chronic conditions, the treatment of infectious diseases, and addiction.

Characteristics of an Ideal Candidate
Knowledge Required for the Position
- Skill with Microsoft Office or other software for a variety of data processing operations involving a range of problem solving, record keeping, correspondence, and service tracking options.
Supervision
- The supervisor assigns service activities, advises on changes in procedures, and is available for assistance when required
Review
- The service activities are reviewed for accuracy through spot checks, through complaints from customers, and through observation of the member at service.

Complexity
- The facts or conditions of the service position are clear cut, predictable, and apply directly to the assignment
Special Considerations
- The NHC Member will:
- Serve Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM
- Serve approximately 40 hours per week at their Host Site
- Serve in-person
- Dress Code: No graphic or political tees, and closed toed shoes required.
- Personal vehicles are not required for this position. The clinic(s) are accessible via public transportation.

- No language other than English is required.
Criminal History Check Requirements Beyond NHC Standard Checks
- Upon Conditional Acceptance of an NHC Position, all NHC members must complete TrueScreen Background Checks to be formally placed in the NHC Program.
