Position Summary
The member will assist WellSpace Health adhere to compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to a Federally Qualified Health Center and a California nonprofit organization. The member shall assist WellSpace Health maintain its risk management mitigation efforts. The member will work directly with patients and their families in gathering satisfaction surveys and collecting comments on further services to meet their healthcare needs.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Member will:
Monitor health center operations for compliance and ethical standards in its performance as a community health center.
Adhere to federal, state, and local laws pertaining to a community health center.
Monitor adherence to internal policies for the delivery of health care services.
Monitor organizational risk management processes that are current and sufficient.
Analysis of compliance data gathered from audits.
